Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Mobiskul platform and related services (the "Services"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Schools are responsible for ensuring their users comply.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Services to manage legitimate school and educational administration activities, including admissions, attendance, academics, fees, and communication, in accordance with applicable laws and the rights of data subjects.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not, and may not enable others to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in phishing.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or harm any individual, especially students or minors.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data beyond authorized functionality.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Services.
• Infringe intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
• Process special category data without a valid legal basis.
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization.

4. Content Standards

Content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. You may not upload content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or that violates the rights or privacy of others, including student and child-protection laws.

5. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and notification to authorities where required by law. We may act without prior notice where there is a security, legal, or safety risk.

6. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, contact abuse@mobiskul.com. Please include the nature of the violation and supporting information. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.
